There is a media room and a kitchen with all utensils / air fryer / oven / BBQ that you are also welcome to use. Ducted Air-con throughout for those warm summer months.
All bills are included in the cost of rent. I may add a Cat (Inside) or a Dog (outside) to the house in future, so sorry but no pets allowed.
