Flatlet features
A fully equipped kitchen (fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, pots, pans, crockery and cutlery).
The shared living area is large, open plan and furnished with the usual items such as a sofa, coffee table and dining room suite.
A shared laundry. You have your own dedicated wash line wash line right outside the laundry.
The house has some storage space and all windows have security and fly-screens.
***Please note that the livingroom and laundry are shared that I and my family will use sometimes.**
Location: The house is in a quiet street of Holland Park West with ample street parking around 8kms from the city. There's a bus stop only a minute's walk from the front door or the main Holland Park West Station is only 950m away from the house.
There's a dedicated cycle path leading directly to the city (around 30mins) and Griffith Uni campus' are close-by too. An abundance of shops, cafe's and restaurants are close by and access to South East Freeway is a stones throw away.

Please note that we, along with our children (4 and 2) live upstairs for the most part, however on occasions will use the downstairs livingroom to allow our children to play. (as this is where their toys are all stored)
