Double room (UNFURNISHED) available as of March 23 in a super cosy 3-bedroom apartment in Hawthorne (Hawthorne Residences building). I'm moving out so looking for someone ASAP!
The building is located between Hawthorne and Bulimba ferry stations. PLUS you get 1x covered carpark spot in the building. :)
You’ll be sharing the house with 2 other lovely flatmates (females aged 29 and 33, both working full time and have an active lifestyle), and share the bathroom with only one of them.
We are looking for a young professional (or student, if you have a full schedule), aged ideally 25-35, preferably female (but accepting nice and tidy males too!), who is friendly, sociable, tidy and clean, and respectful of other people's space.
