Fully furnished apartment situated in the heart of Fortitude Valley and very close to CBD with Buses and bikes at your fingertips. Airport is only 15 - 20 minutes away via the tunnels. Otherwise a good 15-20 minute walk into CBD.
There is a lap pool, spa, sauna and gym as part of the amenities.
Supermarkets are close by.
I am a non smoker so STRICTLY NO SMOKERS and NO SMOKING on balcony at any time. Also THIS ISN'T A PARTY HOUSE. I do enjoy the occasional drink as I am not a big drinker, though I eat well as I try to stay healthy.
Room is furnished with a king size bed and cupboards plus a built in wardrobe so it is pretty well set up.
Kitchen is set up with dishes, pots etc...
NBN is seperate from the rent.
