Description of the home
The apt is right next door to Fortitude Valley Train station and have access to Woolies and a multitude of eateries nearby and with the accomodation you have access and full use of the internal gym and pool, spa and movie theatre. No parking space as this is currently taken by us, but you might be able to rent it internally. The apartment is fully furnished with luxury furnishing (not in images) and you will have a double Bed with wardrobe and your own ensuite of bathroom.

About occupants
There’s no urgency on our part for someone to move in—we're more interested in finding the right person who aligns with how we’d like the space to be used and respected.
For the right person we will let the room for a full 6-12 months. If it feels like a good fit for everyone, we can then discuss extending the arrangement.
Please note that electricity, hot water, water (billed separately), and internet are additional costs. However for the right person, we can make all bills mentioned above inclusive for $500 a week.
We enjoy cooking and often prepare meals for everyone in the household. You're welcome to share groceries and join us for home-cooked meals (typically dinner and or lunch depending if you are home during lunch), or you're free to buy and prepare your own food. That said, we are very particular about cleanliness and expect anyone living with us to maintain the same standards in shared spaces.
One of us works closely in Fortitude Valley and the other is often away interstate during the week other wise is home and works from home.
This arrangement would suit FIFO, or student and or single person (we are looking for one person and no pairs or couples need apply).
