This is a very spacious home with massive kitchen, dining, lounge and a great deck out the back.
These rooms are in a 4 bedroom split level home in a sought after section of Flinders View.
Just 900 metre walk to Winston Glades Shopping Village and the bus stop.
Only 5 minute drive to the recently redeveloped Yamanto Shopping Village and Yamanto Central with Kmart, Aldi, Coles & heaps of other stores.
Iβve supplied all whitegoods, lounge and dining furniture, and kitchen appliances.
There's a Weber bbq out on the deck for everyone to use.
There's some great yard space if you like to be outside like me, you'll love it.
No homes across the street, just a parkland with bushes and trees.
The lounge and dining are air conditioned.
There are 2-3 other full time housemates but you will literally have your own space to use.
No pets or children sorry!
Happy to have anyone from around mid 20's to 50 yrs old, as long as you have your head screwed on and you're considerate of other people.
Netflix, Amazon Prime and Kayo Sports streaming included.
We have a fortnightly house cleaner to do the major cleaning, and you just need to clean up after yourself in between.
Basic house rules are listed below, there is a formal set of house rules that form part of your Rooming Agreement which you will be required to review and sign.
Rooming Agreements are for a minimum 6 month term.

The current housemates can be quite sociable most of the time, but everyone enjoys their own space too, and there's plenty of it in this home!
There are currently three male housemates, all employed, ranging from late 20's to mid 30's.
They have each been there for a long time, and are quite friendly and reliable.
I don't mind if housemates are smokers as long as they respect others and we have an established smoking area just off the patio.
No housemates who are into drugs or excessive drinking during the week.
Would prefer folks who are mindful of others and can clean up after themselves, and contribute to keeping the home clean on a regular basis.
Everyone is pretty easy going and accepting of others as long as it's reciprocated.
My vision for the house is for it to be a home for the long term for those that share the space, so maybe you can join??!!??
