The home is located in Sadliers Crossing which is really close to Ipswich CBD. It is in a very quiet pocket, with only local traffic. The area has a semi rural feel to it. Only 100 meters down the street is Thomas Street Railway Station which can take you straight into the city. I can only hear the trains from the front balcony. It is walking distance to hardware, fast food chains, pubs, cafes, petrol stations, etc. The home is elevated with a small front porch and sits on a large fenced block. There's plenty of parking on the street. The house is a three bedroom post war home. It's not a large home but it's comfortable and homely. There is air conditioning in the lounge dining and kitchen area. Bedrooms have ceiling fans only at this stage but they will be air conditioned prior to the start of next summer.
