Good sized bedroom with built in robe. You'll have your own bathroom with plenty of storage space. We also have a spare room that is shared between housemates as a study/rec area. At the moment it just has book cases and a couch.

Description of the home

Our home is two stories located in a large complex. We have a living room, kitchen, laundry and toilet downstairs. We have a small courtyard with a clothesline and currently no outdoor furniture. The second story holds all three bedrooms, ensuite and a spacious bathroom that would be yours. The master bedroom is occupied, the available room is double bed sized (I have a queen in the same size room but it is slightly cramped), the bathroom has a bath/shower, toilet and large vanity. About the occupants
I'm Katie! I work full time in the city and spend most of my spare time at home, I'm hoping to find a housemate that will sign on with me for six months once the current lease (ending in June) is finished. If you would prefer to come in immediately, rent would be less than listed (as there would be three tenants) until the end of the current lease when Jess is leaving. Our rent cost is locked until the end of this year so you do not need to worry about it being raised.

We have two cats currently, there will only be one staying after this lease ends (Dante, the big fluffy one <3).

I spend a lot of time downstairs watching tv, cooking, crafting (I've just started bookbinding) so am always down for a chat or starting a new show with someone, but am also happy to do so solo if you prefer to spend your time by yourself.

I also have a partner who stays over occasionally.
Compatible people
We would like someone tidy and considerate, we've had experiences with a bad housemate and are hoping to avoid a repeat. No drug users (due to the aforementioned housemate), preferably no smokers either as we live in a complex with a lot of young families.
