The house is furnished and has NBN fibre to the premises for high speed internet. The room itself is not furnished. Own Bathroom and seperate toilet, may be shared at times. Includes a car port. There is also a nice pool and bbq in the complex.

Ideally looking for a clean and friendly uni student or working adult.

My party days are over and I like to chill when Im at home. Flatmate will be someone who values and respects other people, property and privacy.

Rent is $265/week. Internet, water are included. An electricity component of $20/week is included in the rent however this may change depending on your usage (if it shoots up something crazy I'll have to reassess at things). 2 weeks bond plus 2 weeks in advance (4 weeks).
