Lowest 4 bedroom house close to public transport - 5-10 minutes walk to Carseldine train station and bus stops. Shops all close by. We are offering a medium sized bedroom with a built-in double wardrobe which has a fair bit of storage space. The bathroom which has a separate shower and a bathtub will be shared with Dave our flatmate as will the separate toilet area. Laundry inside with washing machine. Also a laundry mat 5mins down the road. Big backyard and entertaining area. If smoker there is a designated area. My husband and Dave are smokers so wouldn't mind if you were also. If have car can be arranged to be parked on our driveway.

My husband Brett and I are in our mid 50s. I am a legal secretary by occupation working on a part-time basis. Brett is a cleaner by occupation. Our flatmate Dave is in his early 40s and works full-time nightshifts from 10pm to 6.00am so most weekdays will be spent sleeping by him. We are friendly, down to earth and like to have a good laugh. Generally we live a quiet, no-dramas life and prefer no stress or hassles. We play a bit of music which we think is good for the soul and enjoy a few drinks on a Saturday to unwind after the household chores are done. Sunday is just takng it easy.
