Three bedroom and two bathroom townhouse with swimming pool in complex.

Currently one student housemate who works part time in one room. Then my partner and myself, we are a gay couple British and Chinese.

The person moving into this room would be sharing a bathroom with our student housemate, separate toilet. The room comes with a desk, chair and single bed but can fit a double or queen bed.

Parking is on the street and it's walking distance to shops, cafes, restaurants, supermarkets and direct public transport to the city.

We work hard so like to come home to a clean and relaxing environment.
There are also 2 cats Nellie and Kerry.
