Hi Guys :)

I've got one bedroom for rent in my 3 bedroom townhouse. I'm 32 and looking for a like-minded flatmate of a similar age to share my home.

I'm looking for someone who's easy to get along with, tidy, respectful and also happy to lend a hand with the cleaning. Not looking for it to be a big party house, but happy for you to have friends over. I get along best with people who are down to earth but also love a good laugh. Also must like dogs as I'm hoping to get a dog before too long.

I work full time in admin for a children's clinic am also studying a Master of Counselling. I love fitness, particularly tennis, cycling and karate. On the weekends I'm not home too much. I love to get out and about with friends, go bowling, play mini golf, or try out a new restaurant. I also enjoy a chilled board game night with mates.
