I am searching for a Female tenant to share my home with. The home is shared between myself and one other female who is a Primary School Teacher in her late 20's.

- Bedroom is unfurnished with a sliding built-in mirrored wardrobe and has ceiling fans, ducted A/C & heating.

- Main bathroom would be shared with one other female tenant.
The bathroom has storage space, a modern free standing bathtub & rainwater shower. There is also a separate WC.

- The main living areas, kitchen & laundry are shared areas. Shared amenities in the home include: Dishwasher, Fridge, Stove top, Oven, Microwave, Washing Machine, Dryer, TV, Wifi/Internet & Ducted A/C and Heating throughout the home.

- On Street parking is available.

There are also lovely Parks with walking trails and BBQ facilities nearby for entertaining friends & family. Coles/Woolworths, small shops & Restaurants are about a 5min drive away at Park Ridge Town Centre.
