With the bedroom you get two other spaces, a lounge and adjoining own bathroom, you would need to share the kitchen for cooking.
There is a small fridge, table and chairs, and kettle in your lounge space.
I’d prefer 3 months agreement as a minimum and will provide the space for up to one year maybe longer depending on how it works for both of us. I am flexible if you find another place as well. Two week bond will be held with Qld RTA and first week rent paid when you move in. Happy to answer any further questions. Available now
