We are a busy, respectful, and friendly group of three people from France, Colombian, and England seeking for a new housemate who are clean, considerate, and committed to maintaining the house in great condition.
It requires a four-week bond and two weeks’ rent in advance (this could be negotiable for the right person), a copy of your ID, Visa, and references from previous landlords.
