Our home has 4 rooms. Couples are welcome.
1 single room with out built in robe $245
1 single room with a built in robe $255
1 large room with double bed built in robe $285 Single or $385 Couples
1 very large room with a queen bed $285 Single or $385 Couples

Couples are welcome in double rooms for $385.

We supply most things making it easy for you. Our home provides a safe, calm and comfortable environment.

Torrens Park is nestled in Adelaide foot hills and only 7 klms from the city.
Flinders Medical Centre is about 12 minutes away by bus.
Waite Campus is close to our home.

Have no car -Transport is great with the bus a couple of houses away and the train is just a short walk.

You are spoilt for choice at the Mitcham Shopping Centre with an amazing variety of shops, supermarkets, theatre, restaurants, several gyms and a medical centre.

You can expect to see birds as you enjoy spending time under the weather proof pergola with a second outdoor kitchen and dining space to relax.

Please note: parking space belongs to larger rooms.
However parking is available across the road and behind the property.

We like our home to be clean and tidy.

All bills included with the exception of electrity for people not working out of the home full time. We ask $1 a day.
