A salubrious home on large block, in a quiet cul de sac with a bountiful garden. Home is light filled, spacious and full of character. Quiet and friendly neighbours (6 other homes only).

Plenty of public transport close by - bus less than 2 minutes, train under 10 mins and tram under 15 minutes. Around 12 minutes drive from CBD.

Solar power, so electricity bills minimal. Expect to pay 1/3 of gas and water.(about 90 - 120 dollars a quarter) Internet is free.

I am a 40+ male professional who works full time in SA Government as a mental health clinician. I am super clean and organised, and respectful of people's space and own preferences. Would expect the same from housemate. Partying days are well over and I live in a 'no shoe' home.

I am quiet mostly quiet, but can be sociable too, and would never say no to a coffee, chat, or shared meal if it suits us both. Love to cook but don't do much of it alone.

I am in and out of the home often, so plenty of time alone for housemate. I am ideally looking for someone until at least 2026 with a view to renewing if it's working out well.
