Description of the home
The house itself has four bedrooms total so there will be a spare room. A large kitchen, two separate living areas, a big walk in pantry. There is an ensuite and main bathroom so only sharing with one other person. We have a doggy door and small secured backyard with firepit and bbq. Plus you can see the ocean from the front yard which is nice. Plenty of on street parking. Aldi is 2 mins drive, woolies is 4 mins. The train station is only a couple of minute drive too and walkable.
