Down-to-earth professional seeks a kind, respectful housemate to share a medium-sized home in the quiet, coastal suburb of Hallett Cove. Seeking someone who is looking for long term stability and tidy/clean to co-habitate with.

You’ll be living with 2 other housemates (myself plus my brother who is staying temporarily, both in 40's).

Location:
A peaceful area within walking distance to the train station, shops, beach, and scenic walking trails.

House Features:

Large concrete pool (available Oct–Feb/March; pool maintenance costs, including chemicals, shared)

Open-plan living with mid-90s kitchen and bathroom updates.

Full ducted reverse-cycle heating and cooling

Gas hot water and gas cooking.

Patio with ocean views.

Roller shutters and insulation for energy efficiency.

Room Details:

Medium-sized unfurnished bedroom (fits a king single or double).

Option to take on the second bedroom in the future.

House is fully furnished—just bring items for your room.

About the Household:

Shared with a quiet/friendly senior cat and a talkative parrot soon to be rehomed.

LGBTQI+ inclusive, religion-free and racism-free home

Occasional quiet get-togethers welcome, but no parties or frequent guests. Suited more to the quiet types or gamer geeks.

Rent & Expenses:

Weekly rent all-inclusive rate.

2 weeks’ bond required

Unlimited high-speed FTTP internet (100 Mbps)

Includes shared household resources (cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, etc.)

Terms:

Initial 3-month trial period with potential for long term arrangement.

About You:
You’re tidy, clean, respectful, and willing to contribute to ongoing house maintenance and shared chores.

Absolutely no dogs. (If you have a dog, go buy a house or dont have a dog!)

Other pets considered but not gaurenteed to be accepted.

Household is fragrance free. No fragrances to be used in washing machine or inside house due being to highly allegic to fragrances.
