Looking for someone to move into our beautiful home located 10 minutes away from the city.
The home has four bedrooms , three bathrooms. The room that we are looking to let has its own ensuite with ample capacity of storage for your belongings.
A part of the dwelling, all facilities from the washing machine to the microwave is accessible to who will move in.
The dwelling is regularly maintained by a cleaner other than the space that you will be living.
In addition the entire house has a refrigerated system for cooling and heating.
I will be looking for someone that is reliable honest and can be punctual with paying their rent and bills.
