I'm looking for a couple to rent out the master bedroom.
House is completely furnished with queen bed, wardrobe, sofa, tv, fridge, washing machine, and white goods.
The second bedroom is reserved for me, only when I am in town (1-2 nights every few weekends), however you are free to use the second bedroom when I'm not there.
Perfect location, with the River Torrens just a short walk or bike ride away, offering you a beautiful track into the city centre.
Easy access to bus routes.
Walking distance to Aldi, restaurants, pubs, and fast food, as well as Kmart and other department stores.
Short drive to hiking trails such as Morialta Conservation Park, and Black Hill.
