This is an adorable bluestone cottage, with large bedrooms, modern kitchen appliances and a modern bathroom. The location is great, minutes from public transport and a 15 minute walk to Norwood Place. There's plenty of on street parking too.
The room (#2 on the floorplan) comes with a wardrobe, can come with a bed frame and a chest of drawers too if you'd like. The rest of the house is pretty much furnished ready to go.

Alfie is a 7 year old, ex racing greyhound. He's an absolute sook who fits every greyhound stereotype - mad zoomies for 5 minutes and then a 5 hour nap to recover. He's very sweet and quiet.
