Lovely bright room available in a lovely, modern home located in Adelaide’s eastern suburbs. The room includes two built-in robes and is fully furnished with a queen-sized bed, all linen provided, and two bedside tables. Light, airy, and well-presented.

Two large and excitable (but friendly) resident dogs rule this household, so must be comfortable with dogs.

Conveniently located within walking distance to Firle Shopping Centre, with Coles, Kmart, Aldi, and a variety of Asian grocery stores all nearby.

This is a peaceful household, ideal for a respectful, clean and quiet tenant.

Preferably a short-term stay up to three months, but happy to discuss longer arrangements with the right person.

Place is secure with electric gate and neighbourhood is very quiet.

NO smoking inside or out, NO vaping, NO drugs, NO party people.
