Large outdoor area, full equipped modern kitchen, gym set up, own garage for parking. The area is at the rear if the property, there are 3 bedrooms, bathroom with bath and separate toilet. The bedroom to the left in pics is set up as a guest bedroom so majority of the time that whole end of the house is free and the bathroom is only used by guests or me for a bath once in a while

The lease is until November so im unsure if it will be extended yet. Bond of 4 weeks required. Price 350 p/wk. would need to be on the lease and pay a bond of half the total rent (total rent is 800 o/wk, bond is 1733)
