Close to cbd & public transport, this town-house would be perfect for a full-time worker/student who commutes into the city or works in the surrounding area.

With ducted reverse-cycle air-conditioning, NBN fibre-optic internet access, dishwasher and electric cooktop, 2 bathrooms, a cute little courtyard plus lots of plants, there are plenty of modern conveniences.

You'd be sharing with a single male, mid 30's who works full time between various locations around Adelaide and enjoys a space that is clean, tidy and relaxing & a single female, early 30's who is currently doing her placement at the RAH.

If you are someone who has a positive and friendly, easy-going energy, likes to have their quiet time when at home and is willing to be an active participant in maintaining a peaceful, harmonious home environment then you would be a good match. What I am not looking for is people who want a party house. Also, strictly no drugs, pets or couples. Sorry, but due to incidents that have occurred with previous housemates, I have to be firm on those 3 things.
