Air-conditioning. Cottage semi furnished. Internet included. Perfect cottage for single occupant without pets. There’s no oven, so if you can work around that with a bbq or air fryer cool otherwise it’s probably not the place for you.

Awesome little stand alone studio, sharing a 2.5acre property with a main house up the pathway. Sharing a nice pool and beautiful acreage. Electric gate. Can also use the back shed which has treadmill and little exercise area. Some gardening to help maintain the property would be appreciated.
