Beautiful beach & canal location in Buddina. Opposite La Balsa Park and canal views. 1 minute walk to pristine beach and numerous beach and nature walks. Close to Kawanna Plaza and next door to popular cafe.
Seperate 50m2 furnished downstairs studio with large on-suite bathroom. Smart TV, internet, Queen size bed. Basic kitchen supplies- fridge, Air fryer, toaster, kettle, plates, utensils etc. Kitchen upstairs in house if needed. Fridge and extra kitchen utensils etc will be added, just not in photos yet. Sorry photos taken on a cloudy day, but you can enjoy the blue skies and canal view with a coffee in bed :)

Hi my name is Nicola. John (partner) and I run own own Pool building Company. John is out most days and I work from my upstairs office at home. We live upstairs with our 2 x 21yr old 'kids'. We have a Border Collie x Kelpie called Mishka and a cat called Halo. We are a respectable fun family who love the beach and enjoy our quiet space and the occasional sunset drink with the our young crew.
