Quiet townhouse in Birkdale. Walk to the train and walk to shops. Large outdoor entertainment area. Really good sized house, 2 living areas, walk to the water. Completely furnished (we have an extra queen bed if you need) otherwise your room will be unfurnished with floor to ceiling built in wardrobes and a shared bathroom.
I understand renovating is an inconvenience so rent will be $140 (negotiable) until completed.
All rooms have fans and downstairs has air conditioning. Not very good photos of the house but you get a general idea

About the occupants
Ella (21) is a hairdresser and leaves around 8 every morning and it varies the time I’m home. Brady (21) is a carpenter so he leaves quite early and usually gets home around 3:30-4pm. Most nights we just chill out on the couch after cooking dinner but do like to have friends around on occasion.
We have a small dog called Archie, he’s very good most of the time but he is only 2. He does she’s so please be aware of this for allergies

We have 1 dog called Archie, he is a pug x cavalier. He is 2 and sheds quite a lot. There a dogs in houses on either side of us so he does bark when he hears a noise
