We would prefer someone who is easy going, willing to keep their area clean at least fortnightly such as changing linen, vacuuming and mopping room and cleaning their bathroom, removing rubbish from their area before Friday each week, be aware of recycling and putting rubbish in appropriate bins, respectful of our home and contents, tidy and social. Someone who enjoys music , a good laugh and sees the funnier side of life. A good communicator. Someone who can look past potential problems and negotiate a positive outcome. Must be honest.
