Description of the home

I have 2 furnished bedrooms for rent. Both rooms will share a toilet and living space. This area along with the laundry and kitchen is blocked off by child gates from the other side of the house. I have a third room that I'll be using along with a second living room on the other side which I share with my 2 beautiful dogs. The house has ducted air conditioning/ heating and there is also a gym room you can use. I have space in the back for anyone needing extra storage space. Currently the deck is monopolized by the dogs but I'm looking to renovate it for some human only space as well.

We have an IGA and shops that are a 5 minute walk as well as a nearby park woth a walking trail. Looking for someone that likes and can live comfortably with big dogs.
