Description of the home
Fully furnished bedroom available in a 3 bedroom duplex, with one room being a study. Situated near Bundamba Tafe, there is a bus stop on the corner and only a short walk to the train station.
Shared lounge/cooking area and air conditioned as well as ceiling fans throughout the house. I have two indoor cats that do go outside in the backyard, fully fenced, when I’m outside. The yard is small so wouldn’t suit anyone with a large dog but possibly a small animal.

I have two indoor cats that have been rescued, one from the pound and the other was given to me as a stray kitten at a mates place. Don’t judge me, I was easily influenced, but their names are Smirnoff and Bailey.
Whilst Smirnoff can be extremely cuddly at times, but once she’s had enough cuddles she will try and bite to say ‘enough’. Don’t be alarmed when she tries to climb in the shower with you, she spent a portion of her time on the streets, so she custom to water.
Bailey is extremely timid and hates me most of the time but will come for cuddles on her own accord. She doesn’t like sudden movements and if people come over she’ll hide behind my ensuit toilet before slowly coming out to investigate. Coming from the RSPCA I am unsure of her background before i got her but I couldn’t walk away.
