Peaceful place in Bundamba, good neighbourhood. Rent includes all bills (water, electricity, internet)

I am looking for a female roommate, you will have your own bathroom unless another roommate comes along.

The back of the house faces a park and has a lovely view it is a quiet area and street but has easy access to the highway.

There are lots of shops nearby including a home lash studio right next door but there is also a bakery, IGA, Indian restaurant, fish and chip shop, bunnings and woolworths all within a 5 minute drive away or woolworths is a 20 min bus.

The bus stop is less than a 10 minute walk (502 bus)
Train station is less than 30 min walk or take the 502 bus there
15 minute journey by public transport to the Ipswich Tafe or a 3 min drive
Booval fair shopping centre 5 min drive or 18 min public transport
Riverlink shopping centre 15 min drive or 40 min by bus

There is space for 1 car in the garage and then there is limited street parking as the street is narrow.

The living area has 2 air conditioners and fan in the room. Working oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, fridge.

TV already has Netflix and Disney plus subscribed for you to use and access to many other streaming apps if you have a subscription.

Aside from the bedrooms the house is fully furnished.

I have a single bed, a bedside table and desk that can be included in the room if you need or taken out if not.
