Beautiful 3 bedroom house with large loungeroom. Quiet culdesac with back yard views to a duck pond. 3 minute walk to West Lakes shopping center and public transport.
Bathroom and ensuite. Boarder will get a good sized room and if they would like a second room as their own loungeroom that will be fine. Parking off the street is available but no room in the carport due to storage. I have a dog that is highly energetic and is allowed inside and out.
