Western suburbs house 3 bedroom, but has a back rumpus room which can be converted into a lounge room if wanted. Big back yard but we have a 4 month old golden retriever so pets must get along with her. Looking for a couple who are clean and respectful to the house and us. They must pay their own rent and the rent will be divided.
