Very Close the China Town, Close to central market for all the fresh foods are. around 5 min walk.
There are 2 bathrooms.
The bond is actually AUD$1245; equivalent of 6 week bond (as my part of the lease will be assigned over to you by real estate Agent). The bond was shared by 3 people at the start of the lease and each of us paid 6 weeks worth. System would not allow me to advertise 6 weeks Bond amount.
I will be leaving some kitchen utilities. Room includes: Bed and built in wardrobe, table, chair and a cabinate.
Can move in any time if you are very urgent.
