Bedroom is big enough to put a double bed, 2 x bed side tables, chest of drawers, clothes rack, TV unit and TV. House is fitted with an evaporative air con system. You will have access to fridge space, cupboard space, washing machine and clothesline and use of communial living spaces.

Large old 4 bedroom house with decent sized garden located in Seacliff Park, 5 minutes drive to Flinders Uni, FMC, Westfield Marion and a short walk to public transport and an IGA.
House is fully furnished, you just need to provide your own furniture for your room. The bathroom is fitted with 2 showers and a bath so no need to share 1 shower with everyone and you will also be allocated fridge and cupboard space for your food - There is some communial items and food that is shared.

3 lesbians, 2 cats and 1 toddler - we are currently looking for a housemate!
Currently there's 2 permanent residing females between the ages of 24 - 28 and 2 cats on the property; both of the females are in a relationship. The toddler has spawned from one of the non permanent residing females and only resides there less than 40% of the time.
The house, surprisingly, isn't typically very busy or noisy but we all do socialise and get along together really well and will occasionally sit down and have family meals together as a household or just chill out. Each of us come and go freely as we all have work and/or study and other commitments and you may find that the house is even empty throughout the week.
