Description of the home
This is a 3 bedroom house set behind others in the street. The main bed room would be yours and has its own walk in robe and ensuite. There are two other rooms, one which I would have and one would remain as a study or spare. These two rooms share a toilet and bathroom. Shared kitchen, lounge room and inside and outside dining areas.
Always lots of street parking and parking for around 3 cars in our driveway. There is a garage which I currently use for storage but can discuss if you would like to use it for your car.

On my days off I’ll usually chill out and relax at home or head off camping somewhere to be alone in nature.

I’m hoping to find someone who is also neat and tidy and who wants this to feel like a home- not just a rental property. There is a spare third room/ study which can be used if family or friends stay for a few days however I’d prefer a housemate who isn’t coming home drunk every night and always bringing strangers over. Friends and partners obviously fine, so long as they are respectful and kind.
