As we've only just moved in, we can't estimate how much the electricity would be, but we are energy conscious and used less than the average at our last house. Internet is $25/month. Water bill should be est. $65 a quarter. We also have a fortnightly cleaner which is included in the rent.

Elly is 37 works full time from home for a medical software company, and loves live music, Radiohead and computer games and is also a huge fan of the pool.
