Lovely modern three story house in the heart of Fitzroy North.
Ideal quiet location, and yet only moments away from great restaurants, bars and cafes. Edenborough Gardens and Piedimonte’s supermarket just around the corner, and the Merri Creek not too far away. Public transport is very accessible, particularly to the city.
Located on the top floor, the available room is relatively large and fits a queen bed with ease. It includes a private balcony, a large wardrobe and a shared bathroom with a bath. The two bedrooms on the top floor are separated by a corridor and the bathroom.
The house is spacious, well-insulated and quiet. It features a nice modern kitchen and an extended joint dining and living area. The kitchen and living area also runs out onto a balcony with a BBQ, rendering it an excellent space for social gatherings.
The ground floor includes communal study, a spare bathroom, laundry and a two-car garage. There is plenty of space to store equipment and other items in the garage.
The house is cleaned regularly by us, including a cleaner once a month.

Tim (30+yrs) is a legal academic at Melbourne Law School, where he teaches international human rights law and is writing his PhD in international law. He is originally from Sweden, but have lived in London, the US and central Europe for the last decade and a half. Relaxed yet tidy, and into the mountains, the ocean, literature and arts. Loves to head out in the backcountry for some skiing.
James and Rhianna (30+ yrs) is a working professional couple who keep quite busy, often out and about. Social people but also respect the privacy of others. Both Foodies and active people. Rhianna is into arts, music and design. James is into sports, Salsa dancing and casual gamer. Overall clean and considerate housemates.
We all keep a pretty standard schedule, and usually do not stay up too late on school nights. We have plenty of hobbies and busy social lives, but also really love spending time together either at home our out for food and drinks. We are all non-smokers, too.
