Beautiful recently renovated villa. Living with 1 other professional female. Walking distance to Woonona Beach (300m), Woonona train station / The Circle (500m), close to Bulli and Bellambi (can walk to Bunnings too :)).
Please note you'll need to fill in a tenancy application with the real estate. Pets to be approved by the landlord.
Details:
* 1 bedroom for rent in a 2.5 / 3 bedroom house. The 3rd room is tiny (can fit single bed) so I've turned this into a library / chill room.
* Good modern appliances (I also have an Air Fryer, Instant Pot, sous vide and everything coffee-related)
* Living area is open plan - great natural light - plus air con!
* There is a desk in a nook that can be a dedicated WFH / study space
* Cute front yard that is secured

At home, I like to keep a quiet life. I'm a friendly and chill person. My friends say I'm kind and thoughtful. I love to socialise over a good meal out or a beer paddle at Resin, but also enjoy nights in doing some yin yoga, or with a book in bed.
I am geeky about specialty coffee so you might often be greeted with a delicious hot frothy bev. I'm fairly active and go to a great gym that does classes on the beach. I also recently started learning to lift weights (very fun and rewarding).
I've lived in sharehouses for over 10 years so it comes naturally to me to clean up after each meal and keep the house clean and tidy frequently - not just when when I'm being asked to. ;)
We can share food / we can not - I am flexible and don't have such expectations.
I would like to live with someone who is mature and can clean, pay rent and bills on time without being chased. I like the balance of being respectful of space but also being up for a chat, shared dinner, and TV binge with a tub of ice cream (I really love ice cream).
