This house is located approximately 3km from the city and 4km from the strand. Castle Town shopping centre is within walking distance and Castle Hill is only a stone’s throw away, great for those who enjoy a bit of exercise. There is access to public transport within 300m of the house and the airport is only 5km away.
As for the house itself it is a 3 bedroom 1 bathroom Queenslander situated near to Castle Hill. Inside the house there are ceiling fans and split system air conditioners in every room except the bathroom. There are security and fly screens throughout, a large back veranda and a swimming pool for cooling down. I am a pet friendly person and the property is fully fenced so flat mates with pets are welcome.
