Very quiet but central location, 7 minute drive to UQ; very close to Coles, Aldi, and IGA; walk to Lake Apex in about 10 minutes. You can wake up and go to sleep in peace and quiet. I personally like to start my day with a coffee on the back deck, listening to the birds.
It's a decent size house with a large open planned kitchen/dining/living area. The bathroom and study will be shared with one other person.
We welcome pets, though the yard is only enclosed on 3 sides, and they would have to be approved by the real estate and the Frenchy :)
You'll be living with a female second year vet tech student and her very handsome French bulldog (indoor doggo), and a female physio who works in Gatton.
It’s a fun but quiet house, everyone loves to cook, we like to have “family” dinners together every now and then.
