Supermarket x2 five minutes away. 5 minutes to picnic Point. 10 minutes to the city.
Nice house. Clean tidy. Quiet street. Bit of an issue keeping the yard tidy. You are welcome to help in return for a rent reduction. There is no under cover parking available. I sometimes go away for a few days. That equates to a rent reduction if you are happy to mind the dog. Everything in the house is modern and up to date. No maintenance issues. You will need to use your own internet.

Bills and expenses
You need to keep your own area of the house clean, and make sure you tidy up the kitchen after you have used it not leave it until several hours later.
There is no extra for bills unless you absolutely flog the air conditioner in your bedroom. I have linen for the bed and lots of spare blankets.
The dog sheds and this is an issue we will need to discuss.

I have a small dog who sheds. Her chore every 2nd morning is to vacume up the hair. She does not do this with relish and it drives me up the wall. I am trying to keep half the house shut up so that there are less rooms to clean. Katya is very nervous and you need to be mindful that she does not get out. She will most likely have nothing to do with you. She is too nervous.
I like my house to be kept clean and tidy with everything put away at all times.
