Description of the home

Hi there! :)

We’re looking for someone to join our beautiful apartment — and eventually take it over completely as a move-in ready home! (Will include the majority of high quality furniture and appliances for a bargain negotiable cost, more information below).

IMPORTANT:
The lease for this apartment is up for renewal in early August 2025, and we’ll be moving out around that time. We’d like to find someone who will take over the lease and make this place their own. Until then, you'll be sharing the apartment with us — myself, my brother, and our boss, an adorable half-Husky, half-Labrador. After we move out, it'll be all yours.

We’ll be leaving behind a ton of useful furnishings and essentials including a double-door fridge, air fryer, plates and cutlery, a queen-double bed frame with mattress, king-size single bed frame with mattress, two sofas, two office desks with corresponding chairs, coffee tables, and more (as seen in the fifth photo). In short, moving in will be super smooth. (The first photo is what the living room looks like right now, and the following two are what it used to look like, to give you an idea of the possibilities!)

Now, more about the home itself:

Located on the top floor (9th) of a Meriton building, this corner apartment has proven to be our dream home and we hope it can be yours too.

With a spacious open-plan living room that flows into a modern kitchen, it’s the perfect place to enjoy the little things. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, built-in oven, microwave and a dishwasher. Ensuring complete convenience is a separate laundry room with a dryer.

The home is fitted with ducted air-conditioning which spans the whole apartment and each of the bedrooms. It also has large double glazed windows which invite an abundance of natural light into every room. Moreover, it has a charming, vast entertainment balcony, which overlooks the beautiful views of Zetland — it’s the perfect spot to sip your morning coffee.

Your bedroom features stunning floor-to-ceiling windows, an ample built-in wardrobe, and plenty of space for a double bed and desk. Plus, you’ll have your own private bathroom, complete with a plush shower, as shown in the photos.

The other room is a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom which you'll be able to move into once we have left.

Underground parking spot is also included.

Building:
The complex is secure, with amenities like an indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and gym, all free to use.

Bills and expenses

Bills and internet will be covered until we leave. Happy to transfer the internet account over as it is a great deal and cheaper than the regular NBN. It is also much faster.
