Long term room available from 8/12. The room has a wardrobe and large drawer. No bed and bedside tables. It fits a Queen bed. This cozy and welcoming home is located on a quiet street, a short walking distance to the train station, and all the shops in Bondi Junction. Parking on the street. It's 10 min away from Bondi Beach and the city and super easy to get anywhere in the eastern suburbs. It's a great area to live in. You will be sharing the house with myself and my Cavoodle 11 yo dog Pepper. I'm a very busy professional, love traveling, the beach, meeting with friends for dinners and spending time with my dog when I can. I'm super relaxed and easy to live with.
