We’ve spent the last few years turning this apartment into a bit of a sanctuary, and since our current flatmate is moving on, we’re looking for a new person to keep the good energy going. About occupants
You’ll be sharing the apartment with the two of us. I’m a Project Manager in finance (and a recent Space Ops grad), and Riley, he is a Product Manager who moved here from Taiwan.

We’re pretty laid back, but we do lead a very active, disciplined lifestyle. You’ll usually find us at the gym 5–7 days a week—I’m deep into a bodybuilding phase at the moment, so if you ever want to join us for a session, I’m happy to help you with your form! When we aren't lifting, we’re usually out for a bushwalk, exploring a new suburb, or just grabbing a quiet tea on the balcony.

We aren’t a "party house" by any means. We’ve reached a stage where we really value a peaceful, tidy, and respectful environment. That said, we’re definitely social—we’ve always had great relationships with our previous flatmates and enjoy a good chat or a shared meal now and then.
