We have a private room available in our 3-bedroom apartment in Wolli Creek.
You’ll be living with one guy (Chilean) and one girl (Thai), both working full-time in corporate jobs.

About the room:

$350/week (bills separate) — we pay rent weekly
4 weeks bond required
Built-in wardrobe
The room can be offered unfurnished or furnished (approx. 3.1m x 3.1m). If furnished, it comes with a desk, chair, and mattress. The furniture is in excellent condition, purchased new last year.

8 min walk to Wolli Creek station
5 min walk to Woolies, Aldi & Plus Fitness
Apartment features:

Fully equipped kitchen (air fryer, juicer, blender, etc.)
Internal laundry (washer & dryer)

Looking for:
Someone clean, respectful and easygoing. We like hanging out but also value our quiet time. We both work from home most days, so prefer someone not too noisy and no big parties.
