The bedroom that youâll be taking up is right at the front of the house and across from Courtneyâs room. Itâs not very big but all of our rooms are about the same size and yours has a gorgeous bay window and a massive built in wardrobe! We can also work out something with the housemate we have moving out if you would like to pay a little extra to keep her desk, bedside table and bed/mattress and theyâre all brand new :)

Itâs a very cute but old place just off of Victoria Road, with bus stops just a minute away and about a fifteen minute walk away from the West Ryde shops and train station.
We all have our own rooms and share one bathroom in the house. Weâve got a front and backyard but only the back is fenced off, out the back we also have a laundry room and an extra toilet. The house definitely has itâs quirks because of how old is it but nothing major and all manageable.
Communal spaces include the living room, the kitchen, and a sunroom we have at the back of the house that we still havenât gotten around to furnishing yet so maybe you can help us fill out the space!!
Weâre all set with kitchenwares and appliances and happy for you to just use what weâve already got :)

Maya (they/them): 20, not studying and is job hunting at the moment but hopefully will have found somewhere by the time you move in. Iâm a big reader and am hoping to recommence my studies next year at UTS or USYD.
Ally (any pronouns): 20, not currently studying but currently working two jobs so isnât around much during the day. Hobbies include sewing and obsessing over music.
Courtney (she/her): 23, Studying a masters in sexual and reproductive health at USYD (sheâs a genius). Sheâs very well travelled (sheâs from Arkansas) and the most outgoing out of us so if you want to go out and have a good time sheâs your gal.

Weâre looking for somebody who is comfortable with socialising and wants to make easy and quick friends with us as itâs not the biggest house so we are all in each others space a lot hahaha. Our only preferences are that youâre a female-identifying, non binary, trans, fluid or queer person in their early-mid twenties with a warm and fun personality who gets along with us all well :) also important that youâre okay with us smoking / drinking around the house and playing music late at night <3
