Iām looking for a clean, respectful and easy-going housemate to move into the master room with a private bathroom.
The room is spacious, comfortable, and offers great privacyāperfect for someone working full-time or studying who values a quiet and relaxed home environment.
The location is also very convenientāthereās a bus stop about a 3 minute walk away with buses 526 and 533 going to Rhodes train station and Sydney Olympic park wharf they also go to Coleās in marina square.
We also have great facilities nearby, including a gym, indoor heated lap swimming pool, and two tennis courts. Membership is around $36 per fortnight.
