Share flat with one other, we have a large deck, overlooking lush green tropical plants and a view of the bay, there is a swimming pool and small gym on the complex. Public transport bus 10 mins walk. Refer to floor plan image the bedroom is separated by lounge room and offers privacy to other bedroom. One important point to note : the neighbouring unit is undergoing renovations during the day for the next few months and construction can be heard from time to time.
